Prices & booking

• Extra charge for one night : 45 euros
• It is possible to rent an annex room with Zen and Four Poster Guestroom, as communicating rooms to make a large ensuite with only one bathroom, a perfect arrangement for families with children.
• Optional cot in the Four Poster or Zen Bedroom (25 euros)
• The guest house is "non-smoking"
• Pets allowed only with the host' agreement.

• For all bookings we request confirmation by email or fax and a
  50% deposit.
• Your booking will only be confirmed on receipt of the 50% advance payment made either by providing us with your card number (Visa, MasterCard, with the expiry date and the last three digits on the signature strip on the reverse of the card), or by cheque or national or international bank transfer.
• When you book two rooms you benefit from a 10% reduction if you only use one bathroom.
• Arrival: from 4.00 to 9.00 pm
• Departure: before 11.00 a.m.

Due to the small size of our guest house, any cancellation has a significant affect. Our conditions are therefore as follows:

• Cancellation more than 30 days prior to the date: 90% of your advance payment will be refunded.
• Cancellation under 30 days of the arrival date: no refund of advance payments.
• Cancellation under 7 days of the arrival date, full payment will be due. Stays cut short will also be payable in full.
